GOOD Stainless Steel - evidently in the 300 series, and Austenitic (non-magnetic)
Just needed another long-handed BBQ/Kitchen flipper/turner, and at this price, expected base-level Stainless Steel. It seems, far from it - this thing is all-but non-magnetic, so is almost certainly "Austenitic", perhaps grade 304. And that is GOOD.I'll let y'all know whether it changes the flavour of my burgers! ;-)

It's slightly heavier than I expected.It has a slim front that is ideal for frying and flipping. In addition, it has a smooth texture that makes it easy to drain the oil.Moreover, the handle has a hole for easy storage after use.Additionally, it is dishwasher safe and easy to clean.Overall, it is a stylish, durable, and large stainless steel spatula suitable for frying.
