Yes it's hard, but about the same as most other kibble, like IAMS or Harringtons. My 4 year old boxer has no problem. This is the Large Breed, so the kibble is quite large.

Q: Why are the orders always late?

I live fairly remote .. It's my feeling they wont deliver just one item this way , they hold on a day or 2 for more mail to show up.

Hi yes I have. I've been buying this for the last couple of years. It used to be quite dark in colour and very smooth surface. The last 3 -4 bags ive ordered the colour has lightened to a gold colour and a rougher feel. Think some of the ingredients have changed. I did check the best before dates to be honest as I though they'd gone passed them.
