First off, I LOVE this candle and if you’re on the fence about it, just get it! It burns beautifully and smells incredible. If you happen to be looking for a masculine scent, this is it. My husband is obsessed with this candle and lit it straight out of the box. Now for a little more in-depth review and some context - After learning how harmful paraffin wax is, I decided to ditch my 40+ B&BW candle collection in favor of something safer. I searched for a healthier alternative for several days before finally discovering Arctic Wicks. I will say, as someone who was used to stacking sales and coupons and buying large 3 wick candles for like 10 bucks, the price of these candles deterred me. HOWEVER, you get what you pay for and I knew that safe, healthy, quality candles would be reflected in the price! And let me tell you, it’s absolutely worth the price tag. My B&BW candles would be 2/3 full after the first burn. My Arctic Wick candles, although smaller, will undoubtedly last much longer. I have burned this one at least 3 times, for a few hours each time, and the jar is still 3/4 full. As I said above, it burns beautifully and smells amazing. It pools perfectly, but make sure you let it pool completely on the first burn, otherwise it will tunnel. That’s with any candle, but some people don’t know. The takeaway: BUY IT!

I bought this as a gift and my daughter loves it. It smells like the wonderful smell of fruit loops because it's soy wax, that's why I bought it. I'd buy from this company again. Great price, great product.!

I dove deep in the candle industry recently and realized how toxic most candles are. From the petroleum based waxes to carcinogenic synthetic fragrances. I threw out every candle I owned and began researching for a safe candle company that uses natural waxes and safe fragrances. They can be super expensive if you want quality. I found arctic wicks and now only buy my candles from them. My favorite part is the transparency and commitment to safe ingriedients, but the scents are fantastic, have depth, and great throw. Current fav is honey spiced pear (awesome fall scent, even better than their pumpkin spice scent in my opinion). The burn time is surprisingly long for the size of the candle. I know 20 dollars for a candle might seem like a lot to some people, but you get the quality (and safety!) that you pay for. Love this company and their candles.

I purchased the spiced pear candle. Great scent, very fall like and fragrant!! Happy as is all natural and non toxic! It’s a little bit smaller than I had hoped. Wish it was larger for the price. It’s still worth it to me. Love! I’m giving it four starts because I wish it was larger for the price

My son sent me this candle as a gift and I absolutely love it. The scent is so perfect, it’s there, but it’s not overpowering. I think mine was the honey pear. It burns without smoking and burns slowly enough. I sneaked a look at it on Amazon, and bought another one for later!

As a genuine candle enthusiast/collector, I can genuinely say that this is the best candle I’ve ever lit. My entire collection of 33 candles has only consisted of Voluspa (due to the quality of their scent wafts and wax ingredients). Arctic Wicks has not disappointed. I feel like they may even use better quality beeswax+coco wax than Voluspa. I struggle with very bad PTSD and am trying to recover from other recent, terrible events. I genuinely mean it when I say that this Apple Macintosh candle (that I stumbled upon while trying to find an Apple scented candle for fall) is now my favorite candle for any season. It is a pleasant fruity smell that isn’t overwhelming for me, wafts beautifully and melts evenly/gracefully without any issues. The scent and even the beautiful jar provides such a tranquil feeling and stimulates the olfactory areas of my brain, helping me feel grounded/present. I can’t thank Arctic wicks enough for this scent. I’ve bought another one since I used my first one up very quickly. Can’t wait to try some Christmas scents too!

Well I didn’t expect to pay over $200 on candles for Christmas. I purchased 10 candles one for each of my family members, wanted them to have a clean candle without soy or toxic chemicals, I originally bought one for myself.. the sea salt and orchid one smells like deodorant, it’s not bad… The Christmas spirit one smells like bubble gum which I was disappointed. The black coral and moss smells like the inside of an Abercrombie and fitch store, very masculine, like body spray, the bourbon and pear reeks of bourbon, like it reminds me of the smell of alcohol that lingers after a hangover, probably would give me a headache.. the frosted and fir smells like fresh floral pine, which is one of the better ones but I would say it could be gender neutral, it’s not too feminine or masculine… it’s a balance between the both. love spell was so so so disappointing it smelt like nothing a hint of orange dish soap to wash your hands that has been watered down because I can barely smell it.. Arctic nights is one of my favorites I ended up getting 3 of those that one is like a fresh Floral sweet smell. The vanilla bourbon, basically smells of vanilla and bourbon, the vanilla bourbon only smells of a hint of bourbon, nothing compared to the pear bourbon one. Which makes me puke because the bourbon in that one is too strong. The vanilla bourbon one is okay, but it is not my style.. i got it for my boyfriend because he likes vanilla. I ended up having to buy another candle that hasn’t arrived yet.. due to my hatred of the love spell…”the orange water down dish soap” one. I purchased the apple one and it is coming in the mail. I am hoping that out of all the candles that I have bought that I would like more than three scents.. so hopefully the apple one will win me over. I’m glad I tried all of them out. I’m not sure if I would purchase again.. I really only like the non toxic aspect of it.. most of the scents are underwhelming for the price, and how much you get. The only one that I have lit is the sea salt and orchid one.. and it doesn’t smell as strong as I would like. The scent doesn’t linger throughout the house hold.. it’s very light. And that may be due to the size. And that might be the case for all the candles I bought. It may smell strong in the candle, but once lit very subtle. After I had purchased these I had found other non toxic candles on Amazon with greater quantity for the same price, however they mostly have the same scents going on. It may be easy to return or exchange them.. but I don’t want them to break during shipment back to the seller. I threw away the box, which was very difficult to open! However it kept the candle safe in delivery! I wanted to give you a detailed description of all the scents so you wouldn’t have to buy all the different scents the seller has out of curiosity because the other ones you bought are lack luster. So hopefully I can spare you of the hassle and money.. and let you know what to expect from each scent I have purchased.
