How close in size are these to actual tea spoons?

They are just a little smaller than my regular teaspoons, but I got them because of their length. These spoons can reach the bottom of a very tall and narrow glass or carafe. Most spoons which are long enough are far too large to fit. I love mine.

Are they 100% stainless steel or is there a coating, finish, or plating over the stainless steel?

Dear Customer, Our Spoons are 100% stainless steel and polished. There is no coating or plating over the stainless steel.

Do the spoon set comes in A box of 4 set?

Yes, 4 spoons. But not in a box.
