The vet has advised me to store my dog's kibble in an airtight container. This is to prevent mites getting into the food, which apparently they do if you just store it in a bag. My dog has a tendency to ear problems caused by mites, so I thought it cheaper to store her food correctly than pay for frequent ear treatments from the vet, so he may have done his practive out of some money! I am very pleased with the Curver Pet Dry Food Container. Not only does it do what it says, but it looks good on the kitchen counter; placed sideways on to the wall it takes up little space. My Labrador is pleased, too, as her breed is depicted as the largest dog on the container :-) I open the whole lid of the container, as I like to scoop out the correct measure with a mug in one go. If you choose to do the same, do make sure you've clicked the top shut properly afterwards. The container is the correct size for the contents of a 7.5 kg bag of food, or at least it is for Burns kibble.

This would not fit the amount of food it claims. Purchased a 12 KG bag of dog food and only half the bag would be able to fit. Also this is a non returnable item.Far from happy with this!

The main lid has a sealing problem

This item is great as I can store so much more dried food inside than expected.

This pet food container matches the photos, is very sturdy not made from flimsy cheap plastic. Air tight seal. I also have cats as well as a dog and none of them have gotten into it which is great! Glad I purchased this! Looks much better than a 12kg bag of dog food in the kitchen. Also well packaged for transport to ensure no breakages.

Does what it says but goes t hold a 15g bag of food but that was my mistake
