Nice quality hats but very misshapen on delivery. Lots of creases and couldn’t be worn straight away. I bought 4 and it’s going to take a week or so before they are all fit to be used. Luckily I’ve got 10 says so hoping they will be ok.

used at a funeral, had to steam it into shape but that was easy enough.

Wish I'd read the 1* reviews before buying. It was rolled / folded up for posting - it's more than a bit creased, it's unwearable. Don't recommend at all

The hat arrived on time, no problem there. The hat its self is not a bad quality for the price, I did as the seller had said and held it in the steam from a boiling kettle (mind your fingers but it doesn`t take long) steaming the inside for a few seconds and it popped into shape easily. Now the but. It was described as being ` Hat Panama Hat Classic Bowler Hat Wool Felt` and being 55cm. The label clearly says differently. Polyester and cotton and 58cm. So only 3 stars
