Received the toilet plunger 3 months ago & it worked fine until the top 2 rubber parts sheared off the handle/shaft after very minimal use. It is now totally useless for the purpose it is intended. My previous one I owned from another manufacturer lasted for over 3 years before needing replacing but this one is clearly of a poor quality and to make things worse I still haven’t been able get hold of the seller, who hasn’t responded to email or the contact section of there website, which Amazon sent me to as it is outside of the 30 day return policy. If they had replaced the faulty item or provided spare rubber parts I probably wouldn’t be so scathing in the product or seller, but as it stands I can’t recommend the product or seller & would suggest finding another supplier (monument) if you are considering purchasing this item. Now off to unblock the toilet with a metal coat hanger!
