My husband works from home and is frequently on calls with clients. He complained about other EarPods and the ability of people to hear him clearly. He hasn’t reported any complaints with sounds. They fit snug, comfortable and stay in place. Connection was easy enough however it is in another language… maybe German.

The bluetooth head set is very clear to talk on and listen and it’s comfortable. However I’m disappointed that the noise cancellation is not that strong.

I like it, but the piece that goes into your ear is large and very round, not like some earbuds I’ve had in the past. Sorta uncomfortable, but it’s the best one from the person on the other end of my calls perspective.

Just stopped working. Stopped accepting a charge stopped working absolutely nothing about it works.

battery died sooner than i hoped until i started shutting off when not in use. tech support actually suggested that to me. they get right back to you

Bought this to solve an issue with my very expensive Plantronics headset that likes to randomly disconnect from my iphone during a call with no warning. So far, 3 days using this unit and it does not seem to have that issue.Overall build quality also seems to be very good, and bought this because it can connect to 2 devices at once (e.g. my phone and PC). Battery life also has been good, no issues.The Power On / Power Off button location takes some getting used to, you can very easily hang up on a call.The big issue with this unit is the announcement of Power On, Power Off, and the notification "Beeps" when you Answer or Drop a call (with the Power On / Power Off button) are excruciatingly loud and do NOT adjust to coincide with the volume level you set for incoming calls or other audio such as music.Another issue is that even though you set it up to connect to 2 devices, it only seems to pair to one automatically, you have to force the pair to the other, usually my PC.Lastly, and at this price point I was not expecting it to be a feature, there are no voice commands or call announcements, so you need to look at your phone to see who's calling.Unfortunately I'm sending it back, but overall I gave it 4 stars. Really good unit for the price.
