No real smell at all and the taste is neutral. It dissolves easily into my morning tea. My appetite is suppressed for over 5 hours. Easy to use and I feel very effective in assisting me with my health goals.

Great product!
I've just learned about this stuff It's amazing! I put it in my coffee with a little bit of iodine I didn't wake up one time during the night to take a nightly whiz And this was my second day of taking it yesterday. My dog takes it too unless her amount in his food and he didn't wake up to take a whiz either as he slept late this morning which was awesome!

so far great.. it def reduces the appetite with the coffee. starting at 0800 and not hungry til 1300..so that is a big difference,,, even w/o breakfast works with regular coffee. tried it with the expensive low acid coffee..dn work and tasted awful

Keep in ziplock! Or transfer to sealed container.
Happy with product, however the lid has no seal to prevent leaks after opening. This unit will leak after being opened.
