Easy to use affordable
The GZ GUOZHI 50 Amp Plasma Cutter is a solid choice for DIY enthusiasts and small workshop projects. Its 50-amp power output allows it to cut through materials like stainless steel, alloy steel, mild steel, copper, and aluminum up to around 1/2 inch thick with ease. It’s lightweight, portable, and easy to set up, making it convenient for on-the-go work. The pilot arc feature helps maintain a stable arc without direct metal contact, which is great for cutting rusted or painted surfaces. While it’s a budget-friendly option, some users report that the instructions are a bit sparse, so a bit of experience or extra patience may be required to fully understand setup and operation. Overall, it’s a good value for the price and performs well for light to medium-duty projects.

Powerful and Portable plasma cutter
I recently purchased the GZ GUOZHI 50 Amp Plasma Cutter, and I’m extremely impressed with its performance and features! The advanced technology allows for seamless current adjustments between 20A-50A, and the wide voltage range (90V-260V) ensures that it works reliably even with voltage fluctuations. Whether using 110V or 220V, the automatic conversion is super convenient. The cutting thickness is excellent—up to 3/4” with clean cuts and smooth edges, no need for polishing afterward. The IGBT technology and pilot arc function are fantastic, allowing me to cut through a variety of materials, including stainless steel and aluminum, with ease, even on rusted or painted surfaces. It’s efficient and produces minimal slag, which is a huge plus. One of my favorite aspects is its safety features. The built-in over-heating and over-current protection give me peace of mind while using the machine. The 2T/4T/TEST functions make operation easy, and the machine performs well even in extremely low temperatures. The portability of this plasma cutter is another standout feature. It’s lightweight and compact, weighing only 13 lbs, making it ideal for tight spaces and on-the-go jobs. Setting up the machine is incredibly fast too—thanks to the 1/4-inch industrial D-type plug, I was able to connect it to my air compressor and get it up and running in under a minute.Overall, this plasma cutter is a powerful, safe, and portable tool that delivers great results. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient plasma cutter!

IT DOESN'T HAVE PILOT ARC !
The machine works good but it would work a whole lot better with pilot arc .The reason I bought it the info said it had pilot arc . I watched a how to video and ran a wire from earth clamp to the torch tip so now i have pilot arc , you get what you pay for . I'll keep it but i would have paid more for that option.

Great cutter for the price, but it DOES NOT have pilot arc as advertised
Cuts great, but requires contact with the metal in order to start the arc. It *DOES NOT* have pilot arc. If pilot arc is important to you, for example in a CNC application, keep shopping. Look for one that has a separate terminal on the front marked "pilot arc".
