The pills are easy to swallow with no odor or taste. I was interested in the product for the workout/strength aspect of it. As a man in my early 40s, I do feel I’m slowing down at the gym and starting to struggle through workouts more than I used to.I can’t say these pills are a game changer for anything it says it does, but I do feel it helps a little bit. I have felt like I had more stamina in the gym and was able to push through muscle fatigue for an extra rep or two. This we feel falls into the category of hocus-pocus medicine. seems like just a bunch of mumbo-jumbo roots and other and says it will help. we were hopeful as there are many great over the counter remedies but this one didn't do anything and husband didn't notice any change or usefulness
