Good quality and packaging
I’d say only downside is there’s no manual in the box but everything else is fine. There was trouble pairing at first but then i got the sony sound connect app and it was all fine, these are my first sony headphones so i think i was just a bit lost. Sound quality is good and they’re in great physical condition .

Doesn’t work and cane with scratches!
Came with scratches in 3 different places fresh out of the box so I fear that it may have already been used. Took a while to connect to bluetooth but once it did no sound can be heard through the headphones. Highly disappointed and would like a fill refund if not a replacement!
