A delicious keto frosting! There is a slight cooling after taste from the erythritol but it is very minimal. It’s good enough to eat by the spoonful , which I’ll have to force myself not to do.

Texture is terrible and nothing like frosting. The product is very soft and runny with a bit of grit. Tastes like oil and cocoa powder.

Great tasting cake

This was very disappointing. Really bad texture and a chemical barely chocolate taste which was off putting. I'm adding an addendum that the company did reach out to me for a refund. I didn't take it because I gave the product to a friend and they liked it.

The jar is about half full and the flavor tastes like chemicals, unfortunately. Texture is perfect but the flavor is 3/10

Trying to celebrate a birthday with cake while also following a low carb, zero sugar lifestyle is a challenge to be sure. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this option. I paired the FitBake Chocolate Buttercream Frosting with a Dunkin Hines Keto Yellow Cake Mix. I had already read the reviews so I knew that the frosting was temperature sensitive. I bought two frosting containers because it takes 1 to frost a single layer 9" cake. You absolutely will need 2 if making a 2 layer cake. I used every bit of both containers making this. I made sure to fully cool the cake prior to frosting (30 minutes in the pan then 2 hours on a wire rack), and after I frosted the cake I put it promptly into the refrigerator. Everything was a success. The cake turned out great. The only reason I give 4 stars rather than 5 is there is an ever so slight alcohol taste to the frosting. It really doesn't taste like buttercream, but it does taste like frosting and chocolate. Very happy that this is sugar-free and fits into our lifestyle. Overall happy with this product. Would buy again keeping in mind the temperature sensitivity as I bought this in February, not say July.

I am a carnivore, so I eat very low carb foods. Fit bake allows me to have chocolate cake on my birthday and still maintain my healthy lifestyle! It’s delicious and not too sweet. I don’t have cravings like I would if I ate sugary and floury cake.

I wish I could return this. Packaging is cute but taste is horrible! It’s like a solid brick of grit. The only way I know how to describe the taste is horrible artificial flavor. I’ve eaten mini keto or diet friendly sweets before This is beyond the worst and makes a person want real sugar. So mad I paid for this.
