Love that my fingers are not singed when trying to light a candle! Readily lights my candles without hassle. Both my thumbs are arthritic and I can't not use "Bic" style lighters any more. Matches are also pretty physically challenging now too. Just a light press of the button and my candles light readily. I thought it was well priced for how it functions (as expected). Have not this product long enough yet to assess battery life. I will by again if the battery life is adequate. It's a bonus that this is an attractive lighter option also (verses a "Bic" style lighter, or ugly/risky matches with hot match tip ends with stinky smoke fumes).

I've only had this a couple of weeks and it's worked well. I've lite a handful of candles and it doesn't seem like it will need a charge anytime soon. It's shocking that the electric current that runs between the two prongs actually ignites the candle wick. I'm not sure why that surprises me every time. Lol.

This is one of the coolest things I've ever bought. I love just being able to recharge it when I need to. It does exactly what I need it to and honestly it's just fun to hear the crackle of the electricity. I haven't really used it a ton but so far it has held up well. I only use it to light the occasional candle so it's not really being put to a very rigorous test of use but so far so good and I'm happy and would recommend. It would make a great gift alongside a candle and a wick trimmer. (that might just be my idea for Christmas gifts this year. You get a candle! And a wick trimmer! And an electric lighter! And you get a candle! And a wick trimmer! Etc etc)

Love this thing! Easy to recharge and lights candles no problem. Much longer lasting than the lighter fluid filled sticks that cannot be refilled after they run out - so much less waste. Have also purchased a few as gifts to happy recipients.

I love it. Keep it charged and it works for you!! DONT TOUCH THE SPARK you will burn the heck out of your finger. I’m 42 and yes I touched it. Keep away from children also.

[Actual Review - Not a Paid One]I got an idea to buy this one as my parents purchased something very similar in Australia. This is quite a nifty and thrifty product. You don't need to use the regular ones which would cost you everything you need to buy one. This one has no wastage or damage. A small arc lights up and gets the job done. Charge depleted - no problemo!! Just recharge and use it again. This is a good product and I really like to use it.

The charging hole is floppy and doesn’t charge.I’ve tried to use many cables but the charging hole was really the problem. So sad because it worked super well until it was out of battery..
