I ordered this bed for my dog because she was going to have surgery, followed by two weeks of confinement and minimal activity, so I wanted her to be as comfortable as possible. The bed is quite a bit larger than she needs, but that was deliberate. This is a third-party purchase, so delivery was a little slower, but that was okay. The first bed came (yes, I had to have a replacement) and the zipper on the bolster came apart immediately and was not fixable. I returned the bed (in a large plastic bag because there is NO WAY that bed will go back into the box it comes in) very easily and a replacement was sent out immediately. The second bed had (has) a much more substantial zipper, unlike the first one and everything went together very easily. [I laughed at the review with the complaint that it comes with no instructions (true) and that it took the reviewer two hours to put it together (have you put a cover on a pillow before?)] My dog had an post-op accident on the bed. It was very easy to remove the cover and the waterproof liner from the memory foam and wash everything and reassemble. No instructions necessary. Great bed. I would recommend it.

My 9-year old pit mix is starting to show his age with joint pain. We haven't given him a new "nest" in a while and it was starting to come unstitched so we figured it was time for a new one. We looked for the most orthopedically inclined model at a decent price and found this one. The item arrived quick as always with Prime and was easy enough to assemble.My dog usually hates change. It took him almost two weeks to acclimate to a new feeding station last year so I wasn't sure if he'd accept this right away. He jumped on it and gave me a look (in the picture) but immediately curled up and went to sleep. He loves it! He hasn't left it all night. I think this new bed should hold up fine, seems very well constructed with strong zippers. We should have many years of use ahead of us. I think the memory foam will really help out his aching joints. I love how easy it is to disassemble for cleaning. For the price this item seems like a steal. Very highly recommended.

While it does what I needed it for, provide a place for the dog to sleep, I would say it is way too soft. It squashes all down and doesn't leave much of a comfortable layer between the floor and the dog. The bolster that goes around already had a open seam when it arrived, but I did not want to return it, it's just a dog bed and I don't expect it to stay in our house too long. It also seems smaller then advertised. I would not buy it again.Update: So I guess URPet Store read the review and contacted me, offering to replace the dog bed. Since the bed is already in use, I refused to send it back, but they insisted on replacing it and sending me a new one anyway. So, I have to say, customer service is great, you can buy with confidence, and if something goes wrong they fix it. Five-star customer service

I recently bought this bed for my older dog,his other bed was saggy in te middle as it was only made of egg crate foam and a cover (obviously)I thought he looked uncomfortable! This bed compared to others with the same kind of memory foam that I know is expensive was a half or a 3rd of the price that others wanted on Amazon. I was worried because it was so much cheaper but it's everything I wanted for sure for him,but he's not laying in it much. The side bolsters are great too, they aren't too high and hard,they are nice like a pillow the whole way around. I say grab this one up if you're looking for a good quality product at an excellent price 👌 👏!!!! IM A VERY PICKY PERSON & I APPROVE OF THIS! P.S. I WOULD GO BIGGER TO GIVE YOUR FUR PAL ROOM TO STRETCH, RUSTY LOVES STRETCHING OUT! ALSO he has got on his new bed, he just lays on carpet too. I got him a cooling blanket for summer too,then I put a soft warm blanket on and he liked it better, SPOILED PUP 🐶!

I bought the large size and it’s the perfect size for our 25lb Dachshund mix. She is going to be 9 this year and her pillow bed seemed to be making her sore. On day two of sleeping on this bed she had a bigger spring in her step for breakfast.Upon receiving the bed, I unpacked the blue memory foam, placed it within the white fabric case, and let it sit for an hour to straighten out.The outer fabric case:I was careful not to open the top rounded pillow zipper, since other reviewers said that the top pillow is tough to stuff back once it’s open. The bottom zipper is kind of hidden, so I can see why many reviewers would accidentally open the top.This dog bed is amazing and I’m happy that I received the product that is shown.

My fur baby loves this bed.i ordered large,its perfect for her since she love to sleep like a ball. I might order another so she can have one upstairs, easy to put together and takes 20seconds for the memory foam to expand. Im glad that its gonna be easy to clean and wash.

My dogs absolutely love it!! The sleep more on there, than on the floor. I liked it Soo much, I had to buy another one after the 1st.

My dog loves the bed. I really like it because it feels soft, but also sturdy where it doesn't seem to touch the floor when he lays on it.He is about 14 lbs (okay...maybe 15), and he fits comfortably in it. He seems to really like the "pillows" around the bed. We're happy with this purchase :)
