Love my pan! It is just heavy enough and so far I've not had any issues with sticking. I do only wash by hand since it is coated. I've learned from previous experience dishwashers are harsh on non stick pans. I have a set of Emeril pans for over 10 years that I love and they were finally breaking down due to everyday use. I recommend these. It's a great everyday pan. It has great heat distribution on a gas stove.

Great pan right out of box (after washing, of course). Lightweight, handle does not get hot. Have used for cooking eggs to making quiche. Everything comes out clean and easy. Pan wipes clean with paper towel after use. I do not put in dishwasher - too easy to wipe and use again. I have 8" and hope to get larger size soon. Being lightweight allows me to use with arthritis easier and not drop.

Perfect little frying pan, very happy with it! Cleans easily.

This pan is awesome, Super non stick but it scratched the 1st time I used it so that part isn't true it scratches super easy

I bought this skillet about 3 months ago and I could not be happier. It’s so good that I doubt I’ll ever use my cast iron skillet again. So far, NOTHING sticks. I cooked fish last night and even though the fish was covered with flour before cooking, the extra flour didn’t stick. I’m telling you…. This is the pan you’ve waited for all your life. You really just put a little dawn and water in it and gently wash it with a dishcloth. A few wipes and it’s clean. I’m 73 years old. I’ve found that these days not many products work as advertised. This Skillet is the exception. It really is no stick. I will say this. I use a plastic spatula rather than a metal one.

Yeah, I've read all the bad reviews, but decided to try one anyway. And I'm glad I did. This is just perfect for cooking one or two eggs, 2 slices of bacon (cut in half), one "grilled" cheese...it's a nice, small frying pan. I've used it for hamburger, breakfast meats, sandwiches, small omelets, sautéing veggies...and I've never had my food stick to it. Oh, if you don't use a quick spray of oil, yeah, the egg might have to be loosened with a spatula, but a quick push and it slides onto the plate. Hey, it's non-stick, not magic! I have never had anything stick to it enough that it couldn't be brushed off with a paper towel. I've had this bad boy about 6 months now, and since I cook for one, it's my go-to fry pan. I love it and I give it 2 thumbs up! Oh... and after 6 months of almost daily use, this pan still looks like the day I bought it, not a scratch to be seen. Yep, I love it!

I have bought about 22 of various sizes of Mr. Lagasse's pans for me, friends, and family.. All of us have swore we will never buy any other brand as these pans are nothing short of amazing! they clean easily and cook well and are in heavy use and abuse by us.. I can take one from hot stove, empty the food from it, put it in sink and dump water in it and it never budges or damages it.. can't do that with anyone else's stuff.

I saw this on Freakin Reviews video and was a bit nervous as most celebrity stuff is overrated. However I trust Freakin Reviews and have bought other items he has recommended. This pan was amazing. The no stick coating is extra thick and eggs literally slide out! While I believe they say it can go in the dishwasher it is so easy to hand wash I do it this way hoping it will last a long time. This was a very good purchase and excellent value.
