I have been using this brand for years even when I was not living in UK.

This is a very good ceramic filter with straightforward installation. Arrived perfectly sealed and I noticed that the water flavour has improved since adding this filter under the sink. I feel it is safer to drink water from the tap now and I have less limescale in the kettle. It seems durable and high quality, so I am very pleased to have tested this useful product.

The quality of the water filter is good however the packaging is bad without any protecting bubble wrap. It ends up one of the water filters is broken the big crack.

Product arrived in tact and passed testing however the shelf life of these is worrying at best, as they are just packed in bubble wrapping and within a carboard box...The industry standard for carbon filters for both air and water use is for the filter to be vaccume packed, outherwise exposure of ambient moisture and air contaminates degrades its useful life, and disqualifys it from medical setting use.
