The top of my office desk is made of black glass. Needless to say, it gets really old to constantly be having to wipe it down to make sure it doesn't look all grimy and covered with fingerprints. I was really excited about this XXL mouse pad because it covered most of the width of my desk, at least the area I tend to use the most. For the most part, I was pleased with the mouse, but I one gripe that keeps me from being five-star happy with it.When I received the mouse pad -- it arrived rolled-up and in a plastic sleeve, so I was pleased to see that some care was taken with its packaging -- I noticed that it feels really well-made. Physically, the mouse pad was very clean and there were no flaws or defects in the stitching that runs around the perimeter of the pad. I was also pleased with the map printed on the mouse pad; due to my profession, I often need to communicate with people in other time zones, so it's really helpful to know how much of a time difference there is between those individuals and me. However, my issue with this mouse pad is with the map that's printed on it, which is of pretty poor quality.Admittedly, printing a map on something like a mouse pad isn't going to be easy because the surface is porous and there's really small type in the design. However, roughly half the type that's featured on the map is borderline-illegible. In some cases, you wouldn't even be able to read it without context clues; as you can see from my image (taken at a distance of about eight inches from the mouse pad), you almost wouldn't know that says "Arabian Sea" if it weren't for the fact that it's located between Africa and India.Of course, if you're looking at the map from a distance, you wouldn't expect to be able to read the words and the overall map looks much better when not viewed at a close distance, but since this is going to be at your work station, you'll be viewing this mouse pad from a very close distance much of the time. Although having the time zones drawn out is still useful, the fact that the words are illegible really cheapen the mouse pad's overall appearance, and I just know it would bother me to have to look at these illegible words on the mouse pad for hours every single day.Another gripe (albeit smaller) is the fact that the company's logo is so obtrusive in the lower-righthand corner. While I don't mind branding, I really wish the logo would've been a bit smaller as I feel that the logo is the first thing your eye moves to when you look at the mouse pad. It's a bit distracting.I'm only deducting a single star because this mouse pad is available at a really great price. As long as you're aware that you're not getting a high-quality print with this purchase, I'm sure a lot of people would be find with the aesthetic of the mouse pad. Plus, there are other designs available besides the timezone map, so if you think the illegibility of the type would bother you, you might consider buying a mouse pad that isn't a map. As I said before, the physical quality of the mouse pad is really great, so I would recommend it to anyone who's less concerned about what's on the mouse pad than they are about its actual quality.

This mouse pad is pretty interesting and I love the unique design and size. This thing is 31" x 11.75" and is about half as thick as my existing mouse pad. It's soft on top with a strong rubber grip underneath so it doesn't move around. You can press down hard on your keyboard and then try to slide it around and your keyboard will move but the mouse pad will not.On the front, it has a nice graphic of the global time zone map, very colorful. It has a rubberized backing as you would expect from a mouse pad. The front is cloth and has a good quality stitching binding it all together.It's a bit on the steep side as far as the price goes, but You've got to see that it's HUGE. When they say XXL, they mean it.If you break it down to compare it with the regular sized mouse pad, it's better bang for the buck for this one.

There is no other word for this mousepad than COOL. I have a thing for maps, and this is just perfect to me. No funny smells, and it rolled out flat without a problem. No more running the mouse off the pad for me.It is almost two-thirds the width and half the depth of my entire steelcase desk though, so make sure you have room. :)

I'm not a gamer but I love this mouse pad and recommend it to anyone who is tired of circling a mini mouse pad, running the mouse off the edge of a pad, etc., which drives me nuts. I work off of a small desk so this fits nicely, and you can still write on paper over it without a problem. It works for me.

I love this mouse pad. Its huge, has a nice design, and feels good. It has improved my gameplay actually and it feels like nice quality. I find it a good alternative to bigger brands like Corsair or Razor

This mouse pad is pretty big. And looks fairly nice! Unfortunately for me, this is about 27 inches :p meaning that the mouse pad is 3 inches too big for me but the quality exceed the other ones that I've used. Plus the world on it is a nice added touch. I play games like Overwatch using this mouse pad, and it has served me well.

Smooth, comfertable, creative, and I accidently spilt a beer on Autralia; which then lead to a 10 minute daydream on what would happen to a nation hit by a beer storm.

Good cheap mouse pad that can fit a keyboard and mouse on it. Could also use for magic cards if need be.
