Versitile, great grill, easy to use. V Pleased.
I already had a smaller one but wanted to upgrade to a larger model so I could cook on it for family or just for two more comfortably. It says it's for 10, but only if the portions are relatively small. I'd say you could fit probably 6 standard burgers with space for onions and some tomatoes. You may fit 4 8oz steaks with trimmings. Not tried either, but that would be my estimate. Or, 2 steaks plus all the trimmings you're likely to want.Simpler to clean than earlier models. But worth buying an oil sprayer to coat your meat in a little oil before cooking as not only does this improve cooking it aids cleaning too, less bits sticking to grill. Generally I don't wash it and definitely never scrub it. It you wipe it with kitchen roll while still warm efter cooking everything comes off. Don't let it cool as it's like chipping concrete. For those new to these things, the temp is pre set so there's nothing can go wrong. It's worth timing how long it takes to cook something the first time so as to repeat it accurately when you've made that perfect grill. They're good for camping if you have a hookup and using an extension cord you can put it in the garden for a BBQ grill and leave folk to cook for themselves. Just take care of where the power cord trails especially if there are kids around.Steaks are particularly good. Sausages too. And judging by the fat runoff, I think the claims to reduced fat are fair. Burgers produce a lot, unless they're venison which is low fat anyway. I feel happy to recommend this.

Flimsy and burns food
I hate this George foreman so much! I had one many moons ago when they first came out which was amazing very sturdy and the food was lovely out of it. That broke a few years back and I never got around to buying another until now and my goodness I regret it! Let me tell you the negatives:1) flimsy - the lid does not have a securing hinge when you open it, it just flies backwards which brings me onto......2) the plastic lid gets extremely hot even where your supposed to hold it to open it hence why it just ends up flying backwards, because you have burnt your fingers trying to get to your food.3) burns food - there are no temperature controls on this so it just burns, the plates get so hot that if you put say a frozen burger in it will totally burn the outside before cooking the inside. Our burgers were dry, hard and burnt as you have to leave them in for ages to cook through.4) the fat that is supposed to drip out can sometimes accumulate on the handle where you are supposed to open it, resulting in wiping it constantly to clean away the fat.5) the fat tray is not easy to fix on and it constantly falls off.6) cleaning it takes a while cus the food is burnt on!Overall not my best buy and I would not recommend!

Do NOT buy ...Lots of smoke , flimsy fat catcher.
Awful- Having previously had a Rosemary Connelly grill for over 20 years which was fabulous and was working well until we dropped it! Tube replacement George Foreman omits so much smoke the whole house stinks even when toasting a sandwich. You cannot control the temprature. Since I've bought it I've used 2x total waste of moneyThe fat catcher comes away too easily also.See photo 2 Gammon Steaks had to take them off and put in oven because of the smoke, the mess to clean up was ridiculous

Very simple, very fast, very tasty
This is great. It’s my first George Forman grill and I now use it pretty much every day. It cooks everything so quickly - both meat and veg. I’m glad I got this size. I wouldn’t want a smaller one - and I only normally cook for two on it.Make sure to clean it as soon as you take the food off, ie while the grill plates are still hot. That way it’s a very quick job to clean it.I love the simplicity - it’s either on or off; no other settings. It seems to cook everything well, even if I have quite a variety of different types of things on it, eg chicken, pork, mushrooms, tomatoes, courgettes. All done just right. I love it.

fantastic to cook with
I use these to destruction, this is my 3rd one in 20 years, only have to replace when been misused with metal utensils and that only because non stick has been scratched off with misuse. fantastic to cook with, very little mess with no splash back like a standard frying pan,. Have used outside instead of gas BBQ. Can't recommended highly enough, use every day.

I love this machine!
Grills meat to perfection. No timer but read the manual and keep and eye on it. To anyone that says the drip tray doesn’t fit, it clicks into place a little higher off the base. Clean with a damp cloth after use when still hot and it’s fine. Five stars

Grill Without Heat Setting Controls
If you are a family of at least 4 then this is a great size machine for you. This machine does work but is only manufactured with 1 built in heat setting that cannot be adjusted to cook different foods. Although it does cook the meats, it will charcoal the outer layer of the meat before it is fully cooked. You will end up throwing away a good portion of your meats if you do not like the taste of charcoal. I would have given a perfect 5 stars if this machine was designed with more than 1 heat setting.

Great size for the family/friends meals.
This is the perfect grill for home use. The plates are great, easy to clean with an paper towel after use. it gets ready fast (in like a minute or two), and there is an indicator when ready. Did everything from inch pork steak to all kinds of vegetables. Will not mistake if you buy this grill.
