I love the purple color, the press was very easy to set up the guide was clear and easy to follow I love that I can make bigger tumblers with this press. The pressure and heat level was perfect. No ghosting! 10/10 would recommend.

I'm an experienced sub tumbler maker.First use of this particular machine:I set the temp, time and pressure as suggested in the manual.The tumbler came out dull and with a small yellow spot.So I adjusted the temp (5 degrees higher) and pressure. Result: Dull again with a lot of yellow spots and the blacks came out brown (indicating the temp is too high).At my 3rd attempt I lowered the temp below the suggested temp and raised the time. I got the saame result as the first attempt.Meanwhile the machine wouldn't stop making a very annoying clicking sound as soon as it hits its temp and the "heating" light wouldn't stop going on and off. It's like the sound and the light are synchronized.I reached out to Amazon but my 30 days of return policy expired. The representative suggested to contact the seller because of the warranty which is still valid.Seller told me that because I bought the machine on Amazon, I need to buy another machine directly on their site and afterwards they will refund me via PayPal.So beware!After being an Amazon Prime Member for over, I can't even remember how many years exact, way over 10 yrs, this is definitely the first time that I am super disappointed in a buy.After reaching out to some sublimation communities, several members told me that this malfunction is common with this brand.I should've not jumped on the Prime Day sale wagon with this machine.

I love the purple color that this tumbler press was available in. The press works just as described. I debated between several presses before deciding on this one and it was a great choice. This press is a great value for the cost! The heat is well distributed and works perfectly. The size isNot overly late it a perfect compact press that fits in the space I had picked out for it!

Love it for small tumblers sad that I can’t use for 40 oz 😞
