**Q: What type and size screws do I need seeing as they didn't bother to include any**
A: This SONGMICS Mailbox should come with four ST4 x 40 mm screws. If you found them missing, we would love to help you out. Please go to Your Orders, find your order in the list, and click Problem with the order to contact us.

**Q: Where can I get fitting instructions. I’ll need to use the rubber spacers because the wall is very uneven.**
A: The instructions should have come wit the box so I suggest that you contact the supplier. You definitely need the spacers even on a flat wall because if you don't the flap will not open

**Q: is this big enough for magazines thanks**
A: No it only has a slot at the top for small mail etc, you will need to purchase one with a mag holder on the bottom, this one:

**Q: how can i stop the water from going into it , every day my mail is all wet**
A: There must be an obvious problem with the post box. As I’ve had mine for just over a year and Ive never had wet mail at all.
