I think this depends on your reason for being vegan. Mine is not to be complicit in the suffering caused by the dairy industry. So that is the wording usually used when it is made on equipment that is ALSO used to make things containing milk. I am looking at the ingredient list and it says: sugar, cocoa butter, wheat flour, corn fiber, rice syrup powder, cocoa mass, vegetable fat, cocoa powder, emulsifier, vanilla, baking soda. N.B. The cocoa is Rainforest Alliance certified. However, the vegetable fat is palm oil, which is not ethically vegan.
