Timex Unisex Ironman Triathlon Classic 40mm Watch

I wore this watch for about a month and the buttons broke. Now my watch is stuck resetting the time and I have no way to stop it. As I’m writing this review the screen is also fading. I didn’t bump or hit the watch on anything so there’s no reason for the watch to do this other than it is a crappy product. To add insult to injury, it broke just a few days after the return window closed.

Took a little while to figure this watch out. Download instructions. Love that you can see the date and time plus your steps all on the face without without pushing buttons to go to another screen. Pretty accurate I check it with my phone step counter. I am going to buy another just to have as a backup!

I wanted to track my miles/steps better and this ain’t the way.Other than that it’s comfortable and tells the time just fine.Good luck figuring out how to change the time and configure the step counter. Directions didn’t come with the watch. I had to go online to timex’s website and try to find the right manual.

I purchased this watch for my daughter for Christmas. It worked for about a week before the display broke, showing all the numbers quickly counting down, over and over. Then a few days later the screen went blank. I requested a replacement, and it worked fine for a couple of months before it broke again. Now the display is showing all the numbers and holding a constant “beep” sound. I’m very disappointed and won’t be purchasing a Timex watch again.

This product sucks. PERIOD. diificult to st up. Had to find instructions on line. To make it worse…. only if you swing your arm in a certain direction does it count steps. ride a bike or anyother type of excersize is not even counted…. yuk

I love this watch! Easy to set, and easy to read. Gives accurate step reportsBut .. I will never buy a battery operated watch from Amazon again.It lasted 3 weeks and cost me $20 to have a new battery put in. 😔

I get a lot of compliments on this watch! It looks vintage so I guess it looks trendy. Anyway, it’s a nice and lightweight watch that can count steps - i mainly got this for the step count because I didn’t want a regular fitness tracker.

I have enjoyed Timex watches for years. This year, I couldn't change mine (button malfunction) to reflect the time change in October. So I bought a new one. It worked November 3 until January 3. The watch said tomorrow, midday. I saw that the seconds are continually cycling, not every second. None of the buttons or combinations of buttons work to fix it. Very disappointed in Timex.
