I followed the instructions and fluffed up the memory foam in the dryer, and washed and dried the cover to remove wrinkles. I purchased two, one pink and one purple, and they were thick and supportive. No signs of having been vacuum sealed after a few days, and no odor after washing. My kids 6-12 all used them comfortably, but I think they would be oversized for a toddler/preschooler.

We went on a trip from TxTo New Orleans and my 5 year old grandson was not happy the ride was taking so long but he slept good with his neck pillow .

When first opening I was very shocked because they have really taken packaging into consideration. The pillow is vacuum sealed to make it as small as possible! Which with how Amazon ships things (one big box for a small thing of vitamins for example), this company really tried to reduce their footprint on the earth!I read some other comments that said to throw the pillow in the dryer for a bit to let it get back to normal size and shape and that worked perfectly! You could let it sit overnight, but my daughter was impatient.The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the seam already ripped. My 4 year old uses this all the time. For some reason my kids love neck pillows. I believe it has lasted us about a month. I will sew it back together for her, but the seam does seem weak.Overall, a great product!!

The pillow was adorable and comfortable for my 6 year old. I also liked the snap button so we could attach the pillow to the luggage while we rolled it around the airport. When it arrived in the mail though, I was annoyed by the packaging, but in the end the pillow fluffed up to regular size. Just something to keep in mind if you're ordering this as a gift for someone and they receive it this way. Pictured is the pink pillow we ordered next to another one. One was full-sized while the pink one was vacuum-sealed.

My 8 year old Granddaughter loved this gift. She was very happy with the set!She wanted a very over priced neck pillow in the Cancun airport gift shop, and cried because she was told NO in the airport. I ordered this set for her birthday and she was so happy to now have a neck pillow for future airplane trips and car trips.

I ordered this travelling pillow based on the review but the snap button does not work!, both of the button are same so they don't snap! It’s really disappointing

After leaving it out of the package overnight to expand, put it in the dryer for 5-10 min to finish fluffing up it comes out beautifully! Don’t recommend putting in microwave as someone else suggested.

Don’t let the small air tight box scare you. These will resume to its original size within a few hours and are perfect.
