Proper docs not included, took 2 days to get the password for the UI.
Unit is not as well made as the HPs or Canons. Scanner lid very flimsy. Seems to print and scan quickly. had to contact their tech support to get the username and password to login to the setup. That even took a couple emails before we figured out the correct credentials. I did not like the UI. Have had better luck on the Canons and the HP's in getting scan to network folder and email working. Returning and going to try a Canon next. Kyocera support is decent, but I just wasn't feeling the UI.

Zero help with setup
My boss had me buy this for our company, I am not trained on setting these up but how hard can it be? Well I had to search many videos because support didn't help me at all. I managed to make it print but scanning is another story. Now we have to call an IT tech and spend another $200.00. Hoping for the best with quality because warranty will likely require me boxing the damn thing up and shipping it back.
