This is a wonderful filament, but you need to ensure that you test your settings. Also, I did four prints without a snag (pun intentional), but on the fifth printing I came back to find a mess. The filament had jammed and run all over inside my print head. I had to disassemble and clean out the whole thing. The lesson learned is that this filament needs to be monitored during the print.With that caveat, onto the review ...It stuck nicely to the print plate. The layers were clean, and I loved, absolutely love the shimmer, rainbow effect.(Please see the enclosed picture.)I highly recommend this filament to make your 3D projects look fabulous.

My son recently got an inexpensive 3D pen and naturally goes through a lot of filament. He got this giant spool and was very excited by how big it is. He has had it for a month and is still only halfway through. It works smoothly in his 3D pen and is a beautiful color.

For silk filament this PLA is remarkably strong. I learned the hard way that you do have to pay attention to the recommended print temps on the spool. This will not print at 200, it likes it HOT. 220 it perfect and on tiny points 205 minimum. Very low retraction and use coasting. Good color, not bright white more off white but works for me. very opaque filament as well which is nice.

The filament prints amazing and I haven't experienced any clogging. The gold is amazing and it's the first thing people ask about when visiting.

Love the color easy to work with

Decent print quality so I'll keep it, but very disappointed in the color. I needed the color shown, not this super light green-gold tone.

This filament is actually a dark/bronze gold which is much lighter than what is shown in the pict in the advertisement.That aside, this was my first experience with a DO3D product and was impressed with the ease of use of the product.The temps listed for nozzle were spot on.

I was SUPER happy with this filament right up until I ran into a really bad tangle in the winding towards the end of the roll. Luckily, I happened to be nearby and could quickly intervene before it ruined my build. It's been a one-off so far and the rest of the roll was fine, so I can mostly forgive the rare QC error (unless this happens again). However, I can't give it 5 stars after that either which it was definitely earning up until then.
