Got it yesterday as im on keto, lots of research and science on this oil I took 3 teaspoons a short period of a few hours. Way to much to soon on a first attempt. Then came a sickley feeling followed by stomach cramps. LESSON LEARNED. it all makes perfect sense Take it easy at first. Couldn’t be without this. So good for stopping me snacking on rubbish. Curbs my appetite. I take 2 teaspoons in my coffee 3 times a day. Some mct oils are expensive but this is a good price granted it doesn’t contain only c8 which would be even better but the price makes up for this.
