Did the usual: check the capacitor, bad, replaced it with $9 one, still no ac. Tested the motor: stuck. This one was by far the cheapest, with mixed reviews. After 5 days in 100°+ summer, we had ac again, thanks to Lord Amazon.

Motor problem.
Install the motor onto my air conditioning condenser unit. The motor was making a rattling noise. I reordered the same motor and installed it. No more noise happy camper.
