What is the life expectancy of this pillow?

I returned this pillow due to the fact that it didn't give me the neck support I needed. I'm a side sleeper and my head sunk down causing my neck to not be supported in the proper position. If you are looking for a thicker supportive pillow this isn't it. I really don't think it would have lasted long even if I would have kept it because of it flattening down to much near my shoulder and neck when I slept. Hope this is helpful 🙂
