A dog's best friend
A little bigger than the average tennis ball but it's built to last. My rottweiler is going to test the indestructible attributes for sure. She loves it and I highly recommend. Average priced compared to others but this is well made and worth any price.

Super sturdy treat ball for heavy chewers
I recently got my hands on the dog kong treat ball and am thoroughly impressed with its performance. Regarding quality, this ball is made of durable materials that can withstand the constant chewing and rough play of my Belgian Malinois and Dalmatian. The rubber material used to make the ball is tough and non-toxic, making it safe for my dogs to play with. This versatile treat ball can be filled with different treats, such as peanut butter and frozen fruit, to keep my dogs engaged and entertained. The ball's unique design makes it easy for my dogs to get the treats out, a great way to keep them mentally stimulated and happy.I have also noticed that this treat ball effectively promotes good dental hygiene for my dogs. The ball's texture and shape help to clean their teeth and massage their gums while they play with it.The dog kong treat ball is an excellent investment for any dog owner who wants to keep their furry friend happy, healthy, and entertained. It is a high-quality product that offers superb value for its price, and I recommend it to other dog owners looking for a durable and engaging toy for their pets.

Great for hard-playing pups and maulers
I had always balked at buying Kong toys because they are expensive and, honestly, every toy that claimed to be "indestructible" turned out to be no match for our maulers. Let me explain, best guess is that our rescue girl is a 35# Red Heeler - Kelpie cross. Pound-for-pound, she is one of the toughest dogs I've ever had, and she is all about play. I suspect her motto is "play hard, sleep well." She has destroyed knotted rope toys, canvas toys, and regulation tennis balls (she chews them like gum and pops them). She's not really a chewer. She just plays hard, and needs toys as tough as she is. She loves to toss her own ball, chase it down, and mash it flat in her jaws. She also loves to pounce and bat balls around like a cat. We tried everything, but nothing could survive more than a month or two. Then I tried the Stuff-A-Ball from Kong. I bought these in December (7 months and counting), and it's still going strong. Finally... success! Now about the ball. The small size is about 2 1/4" across, about the size of a baseball or tennis ball. Perfect for a smaller dog. The "stuffing" rows make it very easy to grab, but don't seem to cause any problems as far as hanging up on her teeth or toenails. I have never "stuffed" this ball with treats (especially not the gooey kind) for two reasons: 1) it's messy and they start to stink if not thoroughly cleaned regularly, and 2) there hasn't been a need to. She loves it just as it is. I love the flexibility, which allows her to work her jaws to her heart's content. I also love the ridges that help keep her teeth clean. As for the durability... after 7 months of hard play, there's still not a mark on it. Her 80# Lab-Pitt rescue brother has stolen it a few times, and even his mauling hasn't been able to cause damage. There is one drawback... she's a slobberer, and this holds so much drool that I have to wear a glove when we play or it's hard to hang on to. I will definitely buy another when this one wears out... but odds are it will either be lost or we'll all be old and grey before that happens.

Kong dog toy
Dogs love it. I was hoping to put the Puppy Chow in this to challenge the puppy and slow down his eating but he has a lot of trouble getting the food out. Doesn't keep them from playing with it

Great toy, wish my puppy used it.. NOW he does!
I would not buy this if you don't have a dishwasher, can't imagine washing the inside by hand! I got a 9 week old Borzoi puppy who was weaned onto a kook diet of raw chicken, cottage cheese, olive oil and goat milk so he didn't know what dog food was and it took me almost a week to get him to eat canned and dry. He is not very food motivated but I put this in his crate and once or twice a week he bothers to bop it around and get dry food and treats out of it. It feels very durable, small kibble or treats will just all fall out of it easily but soft things, frozen peanut butter or canned food would last forever. I'd highly recommend for more normal dogsUpdate 2/2020 - I now own three of these and my pup just turned 1 year (yay for one more year of puppyhood to get through!). He definitely got more into it the older he gets and while he hasn't been crated since he was 12 weeks old, he comes to work with me every day and 14-16 hour days are possible and he enjoys this thing. I stuff small pieces of pill pockets, Stewarts liver treats, and some Wellness puppy square soft treats into it and it will last a few days. When we visited my parents for the holiday I had forgotten his and in a pinch I bought a smaller version of it in a pet store so we had 2. Both get lost under furniture which is a bummer but the small size gets lost in weirder places more frequently. After not knowing where the small was for 3 weeks I purchased a second large one- one for home, one for Home II (work). There is an initial mild rubber smell, easy to wash in the dishwasher, if you don't have a dishwasher and use gunky food/treats in it I'd recommend a large pipe cleaner type brush tool to wash it after a long soak. You can also freeze these.

He's happy
Surprisingly this became his favorite toy. He loves chewing on it without being able to chew it up. I think he likes it because his teeth kind of makes a little noise when he's playing with it.

Great price, lasts a long time, cleans your dog's teeth
This is a great Kong product! It does the following really well: lasts a long time, cleans you dog's teeth, keeps your dog's interest when you stuff it with a treat, great chew toy. It's probably the best Kong product I've bought and it should remain a staple. I have a large dog who likes to chew and this takes care of that in a positive and satisfying way.I highly recommend this well made product.
