So considering the amount of pills you have to take per day with this particular supplement, I expected to see more noticeable results, or benefits, but I didn't really see anything that I can speak of. I didn't purchase a second bottle because I didn't see a reason to- plus I don't like to take that many pills per day. I do feel like there might be noticeable benefits if I continued taking it for longer, I just couldn't stick it out. With that said, I didn't notice any negatives at all and the only downside for me was the number of pills that it requires you to take per day. I do like that they are very careful about how they manufacture them and do not make them in facilities where there's shellfish and eggs and other things that people can be allergic to. I feel like it is a quality supplement, but I would be more inclined to take it if it were in a drink mix or something easier to blend into a beverage.

Excellent product. I know the owner 20 years. I have Lyme and mold. His products are safe. California has to put that prop label on their supplements. It does not mean there is lead in them. These products are tested. I take a or more supplements from Researched Nutritionals a month. It only made me better. One of the posted trusted companies out there.
