Necessary tool for any BBQ'erVery well made and accurateI don't know how I barbecued without it for so longI prefer the hinged probe type over the static probes, but this turns on quicklythe ad claims ultra fast but for me it's just normal fast no quicker than any other probe that I have used but it does appear very reliable and accurate.If the probe fails for any reason in the next few months, I will update the review
