Good product, Excellent customer service
I actually bought 2 different types of strap for my "tennis elbow", this one and another. The other one is, admittedly, more aesthetically pleasing and has much thinner buckles etc meaning it can be worn under a shirt sleeve, but it's also much harder to position accurately as the pressure pad is smaller. For this one, having the sleeve and pad increases comfort but it is a bulkier system that you need to be wearing a short sleeve top with really as it's quite industrial (or you can put on over a sleeve if it's not too bulky), at least the strap is. But it's a doddle to get on, hard to put on incorrectly, and goes plenty tight enough. I ordered the wrong size sleeve as I was borderline, and true to the blurb they just sent me another in the post for free, and you can't ask for better service than that. I'm not sure how often I will wear the sleeve, although as I type it's all I'm wearing. Stuff like this isn't exactly rocket science to make, so I was really pleased that even though this was right in the middle of the price range for similar items it wasn't hugely cheaply made like I initially assumed it may be. It's well stitched, doesn't look cheap, and looks like it will last a long time, hopefully by the time I don't need it any more it will still be in perfect nick.

Surprisingly good product
Having suffered from tennis elbow for a good 18 months, the past 5-6 have got to the point where it was impacting everyday life so something had to be done. Pills from the doctor are all well and good but I’m not smashing a bunch of tablets everyday for the forseable.I knew about compression being helpful and so then there was the task of sorting through all of the thousand different brands making all these wild claims and what not.I don’t know why I settled on this particular one though. Maybe it was a combination of what they claimed and what they were charging for it.Glad I did though.I ordered based on their sizing and because I fell bang in the middle of a small and Medium, I opted for the small for the extra compression. However, it was way too small and immediately my hand started to go purple.I sent them an email and they immediately popped the next size sleeve in the post and it got to me next day! Absolutely fantastic customer service!!!Does it work?Yes and no. (Which is why the 4 stars)It hasn’t rid me of pain all together, I still suffer from occasional pain and loss of grip strength depending upon what I’m doing. However it HAS drastically improved my pain and discomfort overall. It takes the dge off is probably the best way I can describe it which is all I can ask for really. It means I can carry on my everyday work a lot easier than I could a few months back. (On a side note, the Naproxen the doctors prescribed me did naff all, and whilst I can deal with the pain and discomfort, I’ll be staying away from the injections for the time being until the problem gets worse)All in all, this sleeve and band is definitely a help for tennis elbow symptoms, it won’t get rid completely, but it’ll help.

It works!
After many weeks of increasing discomfort & having just been diagnosed with lateral epicondylitis (aka tennis elbow) & told there was little that could be done bar ‘waiting’ & finding ‘a good support brace off the internet’. After another restless night, I woke up in SO much pain that I grabbed for the iPad to search for help. SO many options!!! Eventually I chose the Ionocore System because of the reviews, because it offers 2possible means of relief (band & strap) because the guy on the short video seemed so straightforward and genuine & because I could get same day delivery. I MEASURED MY ARM - (important - DO follow advice on this) & placed my order which arrived by evening. When I first put on the pressure band, & didn’t get the instant relief I’d unrealistically hoped for, then struggled a bit with the positioning of the strap, I was a little unsure. However, I’ve now slept wearing the pressure band & OMG! I’ve woken up for the first time in months without pain and with much greater mobility!!! Seriously, in one night this has made a massive difference! I wear a health tracker and my sleep score is the highest it’s been in a very long time. The only thing that’s different is the the Ionocore pressure band! I’m a size 12, average build and bought size M - the band fits well, it’s fairly snug (as it should be) if a little long (down to my wrist) but I guess this is right. It’s NOT sweaty or uncomfortable and doesn’t roll down or bunch & the strap when in the right place isn’t too bulky. The relief this morning is unbelievable. I will continue to wear the band at night, and use it with strap for extra support during the day...& will of course, take it easy. I might just need to get another set to rotate. Anyway, I hope this helps others to decide. Personally I would highly recommend this product!

Probably very good if it fits
I had to return mine. It arrived next day so great delivery, but it really wasn’t comfortable for me. I measured myself as per the instructions but the sleeve was so tight at the top it was painful, and it was loose at the bottom so there is no point going up a size. The band at the top seemed overly tight but I suppose that’s to hold the sleeve in place. It was lovely fabric and I’m sure would help, but it has to fit comfortably and maybe I’m just the wrong shape for it. The strap that came with it too seemed very deep, the gel pad really stood proud and again just didn’t sit right on my arm, lots of gaps. Could be me, or or could be that they’re better suited to men? I don’t know, quality was lovely just the fit for both was completely wrong for me
