I’m really impressed with the Liquid I.V. Sugar-Free Hydration Multiplier – Raspberry Lemonade. It works great and I genuinely feel better after taking it. The flavor is surprisingly really good too, the raspberry lemonade tastes refreshing and not overly sweet. I also love that it includes electrolytes plus vitamins, which makes it feel like a solid, healthier hydration option. Definitely a product I’ll keep on hand and repurchase.

I absolutely love Liquid I.V., and this flavor is by far my favorite! It’s super easy to use on the go—just toss a packet in your bag and mix when you need it. The taste is smooth, refreshing, and makes staying hydrated so much easier. I use it after workouts, as part of my daily hydration routine, and even when I’m feeling sick. No matter what, it always helps me feel better and more energized. Highly recommend!

I had been having some trouble staying hydrated, and I had been drinking a lot of a well-known sports drink (let’s call it CrocodileAide!). There’s so much sugar in that stuff though, and as many times as I have tried, I’ve never been able to stand the aftertaste of artificial sweeteners (even Stevia, which I guess is technically not artificial?). The Liquid IV Lemon/Lime sugar free drink powder is WONDERFUL! The sweetener does taste slightly different than sugar, but it’s surprisingly tasty and there’s no lingering aftertaste. I made it my regular drink of choice during the day for a number of months - but then realized that hydration drinks are not really made to fully replace water, and too much electrolytes in your system can be just as bad as too little. The other unfortunate thing is that the product has gotten popular and is now rather expensive to buy regularly. I’ll pick up a package of it for during the Summertime for a refreshing treat on hot days, though - it’s great!

I love these sugar free Liquid IVs. I’ve tried nearly every flavor and, outside of the lemon-lime / citrus flavors, I love them all - and that’s just personal preference - not a fan of citrus flavored drink mixes in general. So, flavors are really nice and smooth with no aftertaste or bitterness that can come with sugar free. As for the effectiveness - I always feel better after drinking this. It’s very hydrating and healthy - I always make sure I have my IV on hand when I’m fighting a cold or not feeling well in general, and it has always helped, without fail. It also makes getting those boring 64oz of water each day really easy. Super fast to prep - I get my 32 oz water bottle - drop in the mix, fill it about half way, shake it a couple of times, then fill it full. Mixes fast - it never clumps or tastes gritty. It’s also a must have before and after an intense workout - keeps me feeling strong & hydrated. Likewise, if my skin is especially dry, this makes a difference by the next morning. Good price / great value, especially when comparing alternatives, and highly-effective drink. I often recommend this to others - I’m never without it!

Apparently you can't review each flavor separately - Rainbow sherbet flavor, but these are pretty darn sweet. I only use half at a time. Still very delicious. Grape is good, green grape, not grape medicine flavor. Raspberry melon is probably my favorite, I really don't care for melons so I was pleasantly surprised. Raspberry lemonade was my least favorite, didn't taste like raspberries to me at all.

I’ve always purchased liquid iv, but now that they have sugar free options, I cannot say enough about the product. They taste amazing, every flavor I have tried has never been disappointing and now the sugar free feature is the icing on top! I drink these to stay hydrated and one to two a day definitely keeps me feeling great, energized and hydrated.

Liquid I.V. Melon Raspberry is hands down the best flavor, in my opinion. It tastes great without being too sweet or artificial, and it’s easy to drink even when you really need hydration. This is the one I reach for every time. Strawberry Watermelon is a close second also really good, just not quite as perfect as Melon Raspberry. Both mix well, no weird aftertaste, and actually make drinking more water enjoyable. If you’ve struggled to find a Liquid I.V. flavor you love, start with Melon Raspberry or Strawberry Watermelon. They are both winners.

Tastes great and works for you. This product is super wonderful for travel or backpacking. Mix this with water and you will be good to go. The ones I ordered were sugar free. The sweetener they use is Stevia. I didn’t used to like Stevia, but this product has made it work for me. I love this stuff. Easy to mix. Easy to store and carry. Great flavors.
