I'm a martial artist with tile and hardwood floors in my apartment. It's very hard to move around the way I'm used to doing in regular socks, but slipper socks are just gross. I bought these and a few other brands in the hopes of solving my balance and slipping issues in my own apartment, nevermind martial arts.I was blown away. They fit like a glove. At first, I was a little upset about the tiny toe holes, but it doesn't take much for the fabric to give enough, but not too much. Then, the anti-slip on the sole stabilizes me on all surfaces. It's soooo good!! Complicated stretches are a breeze!And that's just what these socks did for me in my daily life. My joints take less stress from the stabilization. I actually feel a lot better since I'm not constantly suffering arthritic flare ups. Btw, I'm 36.So ladies, even if you're not an athlete, you can benefit from these socks. They're comfortable, breathable, and they don't shrink up to nothing when you wash them. Conversely, they don't lose their shape after wearing them awhile. And, unlike ToeSox, they don't fray. I'll have these awhile, and I plan on buying more today. So if you're looking to get a lot of bang for your buck while you're investing big bucks in undergarments, you'll get it and then some with these.I waited over a month of near daily wear and several washes before writing a review, so I could get it right. I'm legitimately impressed and I'm a really tough sell.

I wear a size 6 shoe, my feet are small (little toes) so I ordered size small & they fit perfectly! They are really cute, nicely padded and they have a lot of grip material that actually works! I do weight lifting, yoga, no weight workouts and floor stretches. I no longer have to worry about my feet slipping & can now focus 100% on what I am trying to accomplish. These offer more padding / cushion between the bony ball of my foot & the hardwood floor which I really love... I can stand longer without having my feet ache. The open toe is excellent for comfort and the spacing is perfect for yoga or stretching finger-toe grips. Thank you! I really ❤️ them!!! If you're looking for a simple way to protect yourself from sliding while exercising or dancing, I highly recommend these they are extremely comfortable and keep your feet from sliding! The cute, stay-on design is an added bonus. ❤️

Overall these socks are pretty comfortable! The grips are amazing and I use them for wall-based yoga fairly often, as well as regular mat practice. I don't experience any slippery grips with them, and my feet don't move inside of the socks thanks to the (slightly awkwardly placed) straps. I have longer feet because I am pretty tall, but the back of the straps dig into the back of my ankles if I have them on for longer than an hour or so (a mistake I only made twice), so I wouldn't suggest wearing them for extended periods of time if you wear size 9 US women's shoe (or the men's equivalent) or larger. My only wish is that the toes were easier to get on! I'm not the most patient person and it takes me about 30 seconds to fit my toes into the right holes, I often end up forgoing the socks if I'm not looking forward to figuring out where each toe goes. The material is kind of stiff and a bit awkward to move around if your toes don't fit right in their assigned seats at your first go. I'm sure it's great free entertainment for those who observe, though.

YES!!!!! I like barefoot running on my treadmill, but the more my stamina for distance increases, the bottoms of my feet were getting really sore and damaged from the prolonged exposure to the friction and heat of the belt. I moved to minimus shoes, but they kept giving me blisters on my ankles. THESE SOCKS ARE HEAVEN!! I just got off the treadmill from a quick 3-mile run, and I could cry with relief!!! These solved the friction issue AND the blister issue!! The grip made me feel secure, the open toes made for air flow through the toes-ies, they didn't slip or even move, thanks to the straps, they helped connect me to the ground and my stride just as effectively as barefoot running, and they even gave a little cushion to my run without making me feel disconnected to my body mechanics like shoes do. Yes, yes, YES. I just received these today and will DEFINITELY be ordering more!!!!!!!!!

Wore these to a barre class, they did their job of gripping the floor a little too well! This caused the fabric between the toes to dig rather painfully into the space between the toes. That said, they feel great after a day in heels, just wearing around the house, so maybe in something slower paced like yoga they’d be great. Just horribly painful if you’re trying to move quickly. Good for stability and stretching cramped toes and feet, bad for moving.

I wear a women's size 10 1/2 shoe and initially ordered a size M. The socks were great for yoga but for a more active practice, such as barre and Pilates, they were too small (areas between the toes were hurting). The size L worked better for barre, so now I have both sizes. These work just as intended - the rubber on the soles truly keeps my feet from slipping and sliding (I think that's why I needed a larger size for the more active practice). The straps across the tops of my feet help keep the socks in place. I also love the mesh bag they come in, perfect for the laundry so that you never have to worry about socks going MIA.

Got these for my Pilates classes. They’re comfortable and durable. The colors are very nice. These come with a mesh bag for storage that doubles as a wash bag to help keep these intact.I have a big foot (11 women) and the fit was fine and not too tight. Has great grip and are thin enough to slide into your sneakers.I’ve received many compliments. Even from the teacher. ☺️

Great for yoga since they keep you from sliding around on the mat. Warm and cozy but allow your feet to breath due to the open toes. Only downside is that the toe area can pull down and create a tight feeling in toe webbing unless the sock is loosened.

Really like the way these fit and grip the slippery floors. I did my routine this morning with them on and no sneakers! Perfect

I am enjoying these socks! They give me that extra grip during, not only yoga, but all of my workouts.My only complaint is that I wish they came in other sizes as these are just a smidge too big. Not so much so that I need to send back and maybe with a wash or two they will become a little more snug.The colours are great and are super cute.Would recommend 100%

Arrived as promised however socks are not the same as pictured. Didn't receive the storage bag, I received a yoga band instead. Disappointed as was hoping for the socks pictured. Did not return as they took about a month to arrive and did not want to wait that long again.
