Update: I've been using this serum for over a year now. Is my hair as thick as it was when I was 20? Nope. But it's thicker by far than when I started using the Lanmeri.You have to be consistent, be patient as I already said when you are just starting it, and make it a regular part of your routine. You have to take good care of your overall health to get the best results, as this will not help you if you have poor nutrition, poor overall health, or a specific health problem that affects hair growth.I have this serum on a "subscribe and save" delivery plan. I'm going to keep using it. My hair thickness seems to have reached a kind of a plateau, not getting thicker, but at a level that I'm really happy with compared to the overall thinning and areas of visible scalp that I had before using Lanmeri. Happy New Year, and happy new hair!Original review: 30 days, no results. 60 days, it seemed like I was seeing fine "baby hairs" growing in between the normal hairs in the thin areas. 90 days, no doubt about it, the fine hairs are thickening into regular hairs, and more "baby hairs" keep sprouting.Now, five months along, I'm very pleased with the product. I can't see shiny scalp in the areas that used to be thin. Of course, it will take time for the new growth to grow out to the shoulder length of the rest of my hair, but even while it's still short, it makes a noticeable difference in the fullness of my hair.I was already taking biotin and fatty-acid supplements, which seemed to slow down the hair loss, but it's the Lanmeri serum that has reversed the hair loss and promoted new growth. Well now, to be honest, i dont know if i can attribute my hair growth to this serum. The dropper format makes it so I usually just do three or so rows of application, not my entire scalp. And I dont even use it regularly. But its the most regular product Ive used. I used about 2+ bottles over many months.I like it because it feels light. I apply quite some, like 5 droppers. And if i blow dry my hair, it doesnt feel greasy. But if i applied too much to dry hair, my hair would bunch up and show more scalp, look greasy.Ive seen significant baby hair growth. Heres my story. Went on bad diet, in combination with work burnout, and training and growing muscles rapidly, all while not eating well. It took a while and a lot of hairfall to just quit working out. I prioritize scalp condition over workout. Exercise to maintain but not increase muscle mass. Hair growth is top priority, and Im adding skin as well just to be efficient. No heavy weights, use very moderate weights at 40% capacity.I mainly attribute my hair growth to me working hard to consume enough protein every day, as well as dont wash hair too often, as my scalp is very dry, but also keep it clean to promote growth. Bloodflow, brush scalp.One suggestion is to buy a chunk of beef at your nearest wholesale, divide into portions you need to consume in a day, per meal, and eat it like your homework.
