I reached out to the seller and they were very quick to respond. It goes a long way to first try to get a refund or replacement with the seller since this is not an desertcart prime product. I am sure this product works for 2022 version but do not get this if you have the 2025. It popped up with the “those who buy this usually buy this as well” and it does not fit. Granted it doesn’t claim to fit the 2025 flow z13 so not the fault of the seller but mine.
