I’ve been using this memory foam pillow daily for over a year now, and I’m very impressed with its quality and durability. The pillow has retained its original shape and firmness without any sagging or loss of support, which is rare for foam pillows I’ve tried before. What stood out to me is how much it has helped relieve my neck and shoulder pain. Before buying this pillow, I struggled to get comfortable at night and often woke up with stiffness. The ergonomic design fits the natural curve of my neck and head perfectly, providing great support whether I sleep on my side, back, or stomach. The two adjustable height options also allow me to customize the pillow for maximum comfort. Another great feature is the included pillowcases – one ice silk and one cotton – both soft, breathable, and easy to wash. The pillow did have a very faint memory foam smell at first, but after airing it out for a few days, the smell disappeared completely. Although the price is on the higher side, I feel it’s worth every penny for the improved sleep quality and pain relief I’ve experienced. I highly recommend this pillow to anyone who suffers from neck or shoulder discomfort or just wants a supportive, comfortable pillow for a good night’s rest.

Comfy. Supportive. Perfect size. No ‘new’ smell whatsoever. I would have preferred it a bit firmer but overall it’s great.

I have a clicky, possibly slightly arthritic neck and this makes using some pillows tricky, as they don’t offer much support. I bought this on a whim a year or so ago and I’ve found it transformational for a good night’s sleep. Now I wouldn’t go back to a conventional pillow as this helps to achieve a really comfortable sleeping position for back or side sleeping. It needs a few nights to get used to it though.

I'm pleased that I made this purchase & it was a right choice pillow, it eased the discomfort, in the neck, shoulders & arms, by the morning & gave relief to start the day. The product arrived the next day, with a spare pillow case, which feels smooth & cool, ideal for the warmer nights, to add to comfort

So I seem to be a serial pillow buyer at the moment due to neck pain. Well, I think, I have the right one now! So I have had this pillow now for just over a week and it is still working (obvs hoping it will be longer than this). I have purchased many pillows and they start off okay and then the pain comes back and I'm back to square one. So firstly as another reviewer said it seems to come with only one cover, but I'm wondering if the cover it is in (the white one) is counted as the second, even though a different fabric? I think perhaps this is the case (excuse the pun). Maybe should be clearer on descriptions. The pillow itself is a molded shape larger at the back than the front, but it actually works. I won't lie it's an odd feeling if you are used to a feather pillow like me but I've got to the point of, I need to try something different. So it feels hard but soft which is strange and I thought I'm not sure about this at all, I tried the pillow on its own and it worked. (I used it with the larger mold at the front near my shoulder) I woke up the next day feeling much better and more rested, no numb arms from trying to position my neck/head in the right place so all good. Odd but works, so far anyway. Try it.

I have had back issues and then over the years neck issues with constant tension at the base of my neck that felt like it needed 24/7 massage. i even bought some memory foam pillows on two other occasions and not only did i not get on with them (one was the same shape as this one but too hard, the other was just a bizarre shape!) a new mattress on two other occasions. a new BED on two other occasions and nothing would change. for some reason, i looked at this pillow and intuitively chose it. it arrived yesterday and i even had an instant "lie down" using it yesterday afternoon and i noticed the support my neck had it immediately began to "free up" so i actually went to bed in eager anticipation .... and tbh i cannot tell you what happened .... BECAUSE I SLEPT!!! so comfortable, so easy to lie on my back and my side. this morning, there is a reduction in the tension (its been there for years) but it's better and i've slept well. the shape, "squidginess" rating (its a thing!) and height all combine to have made, for me, the ideal pillow. now i just have to figure out what to do with the other ones that are now redundant. superb.

Smaller and softer than expected but great pillow overall

Un excellent oreiller, ergonomique, tout à fait conforme à la description. L'oreiller est souple moelleux et extrêmement confortable. Il s'adapte et épouse parfaitement ma tête et épaule pour un soutient parfait. Il est livré avec une taie d'oreiller super douce et très agréable pour dormir. La taie est refermable avec une fermeture éclaire, tout comme l'oreiller qui est déhoussable pour un nettoyage optimal. Sa taille large est parfaite pour avoir toujours un endroit frais ou poser sa tête, et en ces périodes de canicules c'est très appréciable. Voici quelques jours que je l'utilise et je suis conquise. Un excellent produit que je recommande.
