Updated review: after reviewing one faulty product that was received, the sellers quickly got in touch with me to rectify the problem. A new cup was sent out quickly and works perfectly. Really happy with the customer service and lovely product that now works perfectly. Can keep hot coffee hot for between 1-2 hours, with no leaks. Original review: Nicely packaged and nice looking cups, I was so excited to get my delivery however it was short lived. The white cup I received, leaks both hot and cold drinks, when the lid is on properly and as tight as possible it seems there is a small gap in the lid seal. It also becomes way too hot to hold when filled with coffee making it a huge burn risk. The black cup however is great and problem free. I wish the white was the same as I bought it for myself 🥺

Brilliant 2 pack of cups. Perfect for my disabled son. One side has a straw attached, the other side has an opening for drinking out of. Not sure how long they keep the drinks warm, they don't get the chance 😁. Would certainly recommend, especially for the price. Fantastic value for money.

The media could not be loaded. A good value set of two travel mugs that can retain heat fairly well. Good capacity and the bottle design is nice and simple, though, it could use a small area where you can grip things onto. The material of the mug is good and sturdy.I drink a lot of coffee, and I like it hot. So a big size mug (400ml) is a perfect size for me as it’s a good volume and can hold enough hot coffee to keep me awake whilst doing my work. I sometimes like drinking milkshakes, and this mug keeps it cool for several hours which is great.The lid has a rubber seal to help stop any leaks and fits firmly to the mug, and you can either drink with a straw or just sip from the lid.Overall, good capacity mugs that are perfect for my needs and work as described.

Unfortunately one of the cups leaks, and spilled out on meBit disappointed as these were a giftI would like a replacement please or a refund

Brilliant design, size and finish.I am a bit disappointed as the white mug's lid does not lock properly to prevent leakage. Small closing lip doesn't click upon closing and spills are unavoidable.Black one is perfect, used it today with hot coffee, it kept it toasty for a long time and there was no spillage in my bag - very important, as I am always on the move.Mugs came with detachable straws and a cleaning brush for them.I would have rated it 5 stars if both worked correctly.

I ordered it as a Christmas gift for my aunt. As I wasn’t 100% happy with my previous travel mug(I am extremely picky when it comes to travel mugs) I decided to order this one give one to her and keep one for myself. I loved the white one so much that I kept it for myself. I have been using for almost a month now and I am very happy with it. It looks nice, and keeps my tea hot for hours. It only leaked once but I haven’t closed it properly.I love that it has got the straw. It will be perfect for the summer for ice lattes and icy drinks.

Love the colours but after first use it’s not leakproof when tipping the cup to drink coffee from it came from the seal all over me. Wanted to send back but wouldn’t accept them back.

I bought the white and black mugs however the white one leaks and the black doesn’t. The black one holds the heat and the white one is too hot to pick up so must be missing the insulation.

They keep liquids hot for hours. You can start drinking after about 2.5 hours, after that it is tolerable to drink, but still heated. If I have to replace, I will be getting these again. I gave one to my friend, I kept the other because it's Washington's team colors :).

None drip great product

This is such a great cup, it holds both hot and cold. It is double sided, one side is sippy cup with a straw, the other is a pour spout like a regular coffee mug. Super leakproof. I dropped it and nothing came out. The added lock on the sippy side is great. Keeps everything in place. Keeps iced coffee cold and keeps hot coffee hot. Only thing I would say is the size might be too small for some but this thing is great. I love that it came in a set of two so we aren’t fighting to use it. Great gift idea or for anyone who likes to keep cups in the office and at home.

Tolles Design mit dem Farbverlauf. Der Becher als auch die Trinköffnung hält dicht, auch im Rucksack. Aus der Trinköffnung lässt sich sehr gut trinken. Für mich war besonders wichtig, dass Getränke lange kalt bleiben. Auch nach mehreren Stunden schwammen noch Eiswürfel drin. Für meine Ansprüche perfekt. Kann ich weiter empfehlen.Warme Getränke habe ich nicht probiert.
