This was very easy to install, absolutely worth the money. Functions very well. Love the fact that as the door closes it closes once auto lock is on. Finger recognition is on point. It doesn’t accept just “any” finger. Fits the regular slot well. Didn’t have to drill anything. I have complete peace of mind knowing no one can just “enter” my only space of peace lol. The lock doesn’t take forever to open. Love the fact that I can turn on, up or down the volume of the lock sounds. I’m absolutely in love with this lock.

they FORCE you to have a 8 digit code... why. i have an autistic kid, and a normal kid. i had to use one of these for my normal kids room so my autistic kid doesn't go in there and mess up her room. since her fingers are too small for your finger print sensor to work. she has to type in an 8 digit code... my 5 year old. why are you forcing people to use such a long code. its up to me if i want my stuff to be safe or not. so if i want a 2 code system, or a 27 code system. let me decide. other than your sensor not being great, and you forcing me to use a long ass code, the product at least works.

Just moved to a new home, and I installed this in the basement entrance door because it only require one and it fits. It is amazing how nice it look, I really love the matte black, very nice quality finished, definitely like high end material. Follow the set up manual, it was easy. Finger prints are definitely a plus, and it works, input 4 of my family members Fingerprint in it, all works and responses quick. Love it overall. Ease of use:Easy as it is. Code and fingerprint.

Works pretty well. I like the convenience of not having to have my keys on me..I like how slim the form factor is. It's works pretty reliably.Qualms:1) 8 digit code as opposed to the usual 4. Pita to key in 8 digits to unlock. But just use the fingerprint.2) works through the app via Bluetooth. Not wifi. So remote locking/unlocking isn't available. Not a big deal for me. You're supposed to be able to issue a temporary code, but you have to be home to do it. Probably because of the aforementioned form factor, no room for Wi-Fi.3. Because all of the mechanics and electronics are in the handle, it tends to sag. I've tried numerous times to adjust it to be level, but it always hangs down a little.Despite its drawbacks I like it a lot for the price.
