Before this I had a cheap plastic pill dispenser, The lids wouldn't close properly and kept popping open, in the end I lost my patience and binned it. SO I looked and found the 7 Day Pill Organiser 2 Times A Day, Weekly Pill Box Organiser Easy Fill & Push Button. Its brilliant the top comes off making it easy to refill and the little lids are held down by a catch so they stay shut until you press the button to open them. Really useful product. I believe as well a twice a day medication they do also have a 3 times a day version.

I liked this so much I bought one for my partner- who is also very happy with it.What I like:1. The whole lid comes off so it is super-easy to refill.2. The lid fixing feels strong and secure when it is on3. The push-button system makes opening the individual pill boxes easy.4. It’s easy to remove and reorder the individual lids - needed as the night ones come in reverse order5. Transparent lids mean you can easily check if pills have been taken.6. Individual pill boxes large enough for a lot of medications.7. Feels solid and well-made.Things I don’t like - nothing!NB there are currently two different designs of pill box that look visually very similar. This review is for the pill box with removable lid. There is a different one where the day and night boxes separate - that does not appear to have the removable lid.

Excellent product. It's strong. Writing on box is large and easy to read. Very happy with it.

For us the capacity was good. Easily fits 10 pills over day/night period for each day.Easy to open and snap shut. Clearly see the day and day/night separation

Bought it fr my elderly father it’s worth every penny I’m glad I picked this one as it’s quite big and he’s to open.

The size is great for people with multiple prescriptions or supplement junkies. It also opens from the middle which is great for travelling as it minimises the risk of opening up in your luggage

Finally a pill holder that stays open while I am setting up my weekly pills. Love the color and clear marking between day and night. Hold quite a bit of pills. It stays closed when I close it

I liked the size, sturdiness, ease of use and that it does not open accidentally.

Product itself seems fine, but quite weird that the version I received depicts days in German - I'm not German nor did I order it - while the product picture shows days in English.
