Yes for my grandson plays basketball and track he was a picky eater now he can’t stop eatting he has gain 4 lbs since taking them for about 2 months height has not gotten taller but gives him plenty energy still monitoring

Had unwanted side effects
My son begged me for this after seeing it on social media. After taking one bottle's worth, we started noticing that he had lumps behind his nipples, like when a girl hits puberty. The pediatrician said there was no medical issues and that some boys just get them. But both lumps went away within about a month after he stopped taking these.Maybe these supplements help with height, but we have since switched to another brand for our son that has no weird side effects.
