Tip falls off extremely easily
The stick is beautiful, however playing with it going to be difficult without a tip. I finally got the chance to play with it and the tip came off within the first 10 shots. Looking at the bottom of the tip, it looks like almost no glue was used at all to secured the tip. While I had planned to replace the tip eventually, I never could have expect the tip to come off a brand new pool cue so quickly. A smaller complaint, but I had planned to keep the Konllen box it came in, but the box is cheap quality. It's damaged and one side is falling apart just from shipping. I was becoming a fan of the brand but I'm not sure I can recommend it to friends now. Two stars only because the stick seems to be good quality, but I can't confirm that.

Poor linen wrap and customer service does not respond
This was supposed to be a premium stick that was sold by a reliable seller- Sadly, neither is true. The cue stick advertised a linen wrap, but the threads were applied so poorly that the linen wrap began to unravel and come loose within the first hour of play. i wrote to the seller/manufacturer and requested help, but I was ignored. Questionable blame goes somewhere
This cue was ordered on Feb 5, with an estimated arrival date somewhere between Mar 1 to Mar 15th. I was okay with this wait as I was expecting a very nice cue that I could grow into. On something like 13 Feb I got a notice from Amazon asking if I would like to get the cue early and without thinking why this would happen, I said yes and got this new cue on the 15th of Feb, it appeared to have some cue chalk wiped off, but I found an excuse for that as well. It is a fine cue but after the first week... It was time for me to change the weight of the cue, I like a very light shooting cue. So out comes the first weight of maybe a half to one oz, I never weighed it. Then the problem started when I started to take out the second weight as it was cross threaded and I had no idea how big that weight was, I finally got tired of trying to get it out, and just put the end cap back in place. After about a dozen games someone with better hearing than I, asked why there was a sound coming from my cue when I hit the cue ball. Something I found odd, so I started shaking the cue and sure enough there was an odd noise coming from the butt of it. Upon removing the end cap and holding that part of the shaft vertically, some black rubber-like powder came out along with the last weight of a quarter of an oz. So did someone send their cue back to Amazon? After they ruined the value of the cue by messing with the weights and then Amazon sent it to me as if it were new. Or did it come from Kollen this way, At this point, I feel like I paid $399 for a pool cue and somebody ripped me off. Its value is a lot less now than it should have been.
