Donnie does some awesome tricks on his skateboard and it's a lot of fun to watch him on the skatepark.

I got this TMNT Donatello set for my kid but I enjoyed it just as much. I grew up with TMNT and loved the graphic novels. There has been several movies and TV shows so it's not surprising that a new animated movie Mutant Mayhem rebooted the series. I did enjoy the movie for its new style. This set has a ramp and motorized skateboard, and Donatello figure. The box has some cutouts for additional standup decoration but I didn't bother cutting those out. The ramp, rails, and the figure was not too hard to assemble, and the hardest part was to pose Donatello on his skateboard.Aside from manually pushing the board to make him go forward, how do I do tricks? Well they provide a QR code which brings me to a webpage with a video on how to do the various tricks. I tried a couple with varying success. I think my kid would be more patient to really watch the videos and attempt the tricks. The price is in line with a licensed toy and its features.

We ordered this for our toddler for the upcoming release of the TMNT movie in Aug. Our son is over the moon about seeing the new movie coming out and we thought this would be a a fun little toy for him to earn with his chores and good behavior. OH BOY was he on his best behavior to earn this toy! Which, of course I love but, aside from that this is a pretty cool toy.It’s package well with cool art and packaging details. The idea and a functionality behind this toy is very cool. The figure is a very cool figure that can be used with or with out the skate board. (Very similar to the other new TMNT figures on the market for the upcoming movie) It’s awesome that the ramps can be connected between turtles to make a pretty cool large ramp. There’s A TON of tricks that this figure and skate board can do. Learning them is fairly easy especially with the convenient QR code on the box that connects to the video that shows all the moves and tricks this figure and skate board can do. I initially expended the board to require batteries because it’s motor operated but, it actually doesn’t require batteries. the board works by winding it up by simply just pushing it forward. Overall this figure set is so cool! It’s unique, interactive and very entertaining. It’s an awesome toy and given how much my son and even my self enjoy it I would DEFINITELY recommend! Will probably aim to get another one after the movie! I would share a photo but, I can’t get my toddler to separate with it long enough to take a photo! Lol

A functional, economical toy for those ninja turtle fanatics. Perfect as a stocking stuffer or to have on hand for the random classmate birthday party your kids are invited to and want to not go empty handed, but also dont want to break the bank because your kid thinks the birthday boy is just "ok".

It was hard to manipulate to play with or get it to do anything. If it's hard for an adult it's not going to be played with much by a little kid

I grew up when Ninja Turtles first came out. So when I saw this I just had to have it. I don’t play with it but I have it displayed and my daughter occasionally plays with it. It’s made really well and I love it.
