No problems
Bought this for my G500A, no issues with fit and my Zotac 4070 works with no problems.

Solid product with major flaw
The product serves its intended purpose at a low price compared to competitors. However, the decision to use raised captive screws as the mounting hardware baffles me. Many cases have a latch that is supposed to close over the PCIe slot screws, so if this latch's holes are not big enough to accommodate the captive screws, or it has not holes at all, then the latch must be removed, leaving a large opening in the case inviting dust to infest the graphics card and the rest of the system. Just use normal mounting with regular screws so that it lies flat.

Useless Instructions, Frustrating Installation in the G500A Case.
I needed a vertical GPU mount for my Gigabyte OC Gaming 4090 to fit in the Phanteks G500A -- one of their flagship cases. The instructions included were not helpful at all in this installation, because it did not provide additional tips for the specific case. There are 2 screws that are supposed to screw into the chassis to secure down the mounting bracket. However, there is no mention that there are zero screw holes in the G500A where it wants you to put the screws, resulting in an un-secure bracket. The brackets holding the end of the card didn't fit the 4090, and during the installation process it almost destroyed the PCIE connector on the card. Horrible experience, and I expect better from Phanteks.
