LEGO City Forest Tractor 60181 Building Kit (174 Pieces)

LEGO City Forest Tractor 60181 Building Kit (174 Pieces) is a great set and easy to assemble. My 8 year old son built this set quickly and hasn't put it down since! He has incorporated other Lego toys and plays for hours. The forest tractor has a moving arm, opening claw grabber and buildable log stand. This set includes a Lumberjack Lego figure. This set is for ages 5-12 and fun to play. The clamps for the logs make this set unique! The wheels are HUGE and super cool. Very different than the usual small Lego wheels. The Pine tree, 2 chains, 2 logs, chainsaw and shovel are great bonus pieces. The Forest Tractor measures over 3”H x7”L x 3”W. Worth every penny!

This is a great Lego set. We bought this for our 5 year old son for Christmas. He put it together with a little help from me, but was a fun build overall. The playability of the set is great. There are logs to be loaded with the big jaws of the logging implement, logs to be cut with the chainsaw, and quite possibly my son's favorite, using the chain accessory to pull logs. This set comes with just one minifig, but overall is a great value for the money.The only cautionary thing I'd mention is that the hooks for the logging implement detach easily, and the cab of the tractor itself can be a bit confusing for younger children to put back on if it comes off. Neither of those things would dissuade me from purchasing though.

Very cool set. The big tired are nice and the claw is really cool. It has a lot of little details like a log stand, logs, and chainsaw.One thing I don't understand about the Lego City line is the pattern of having to disassemble the top of the vehicles in order to put the lego man inside. I'm a child of the 80's when our cars had cute but not practical doors and a hinged roof (often with sunroof!). It seems weird to have to take the roof completely off of the vehicle now, but it does seem to be a trend at least in the Lego City line.

Put it together for my 3 1/2 Year old who loves lego thanks to his big sister being a prolific Lego builder. Well this tractor was a pleasant surprise. The main vehicle is nice and solid. With few parts to knock off for a little guy. The claws pop off on occasion but he has already figured out how to put them back on.The wheels are very nice and the Tractor does look pretty well sized for a mini figure. The 16$ price for this set is very good. I think one could easily build a trailer if you have a bin of parts at home.

Was my son's first completed lego model, and he LOVED it. He has an adoration for forest machinery and this fit the need. Would buy again, but it's a bit small for the price

This is a fun LEGO toy for 5-7 year old. I bought for my grandson age 7 and we work together to get the project started. First we separate the LEGO by color and follow the clearly stated instruction for a few page of base building. My grandson took over the project and did the construction all by my himself in half an hour or so. He was very happy and proud of the end result which is exactly as displayed on the box.

Fun little addition to the Lego city sets - quick build. I have a few of the logging trucks and whatnot. Even the logging train railcars and long haul train. These are awesome to add to any city.Oh I should also mention that it's also a fun set for the kiddos to build, too. 😉
