This is a very good, durable cold pack for the knees. It covers the entire knee and the velcro straps secure it well. The surface is soft and the pack maintains the cold for a long enough time. It can be used for other areas, too, such as the hip, shoulder, back and ankle. Finally, it comes with a freezer bag that keeps it clean while in the freezer. A great purchase, exactly what I was looking for. Thanks.

Great for total knee. Ut big enough that wrapped around fine and the velcro keeps in place.. you can also use on low back etc.nice ice pack and I work with patients all the time in physical therapy. I recommend this.. Plus you don't have to deal with refilling ice machines etc..

Omgosh, this thing has been a godsend for my knee pain! I have an old torn ACL and have re-injured it. While waiting to jump through all the hoops for the insurance company (various tests, PT, and etc.), the pain has been quite intense. Being able to wrap this onto my knee so I can even get up to go to the bathroom or even cook dinner with it still on, is amazing! The soft velvet inner side prevents the wrap from getting TOO cold on the skin (love that) as well as just feeling nice while wearing. The only problem I have is because I have hams for thighs, the top strap likes to slide down (no matter how snug i make it), causing the top to spread open a bit more. The pack still stays on due to the bottom strap being on snugly and the top of knee still gets iced just from the top part of it resting on the knee. So overall, I give this definitely two thumbs up and four stars (if they made the top part of the pack wider than bottom for people with bigger thighs than their calves, it would have been five). I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone.

purchased for knee replacement. worked well, good for about 30 minutes. this is very portable to use from place to place. well made, price is decent.

I suffered a meniscus tear in both knees at the same time. Icing is one of the recommended methods of reducing inflammation and pain. I used these at the end of the day and they worked great. They are good quality and durable. The length is good and allows you to completely wrap your knee. The velcro is strong and holds the wrap in place.

I'm 5'10 185lb and the XXXL Large is perfect. It wraps all the way around my leg/ Knee, and the upper and lower velcro straps allow for some compression. These are fairly cold and keep it for about 30 min. They do stay flexible even when fully frozen. They have been great after my knee replacement surgery. Only downside (as most gel packs is they do take a long time to refreeze (overnight is best, I have 8 of them for max cold).

Did not entirely cover the knee (see pic). We used another ice pack on top to get full coverage (2nd pic shows extra blue ice pack on top). I’m an American size extra large or 16. So anything titled XXXL certainly should fit. Measure your knee before you buy! On the plus side it is well-made and comfortable, and the straps are certainly very long, easy to use and very sturdy. I imagine the straps would allow you to wear this on your lower back. But if you want a full ring around your knee plan to add a small ice pack on the top. (we also had to add a double layer of fabric between the skin and the ice pack. It certainly holds the cold very well! Had it been a couple of inches longer we would’ve adored this. As it is, we can make it work.

I wish my doctor or physio had told me about these icepacks. Would have saved me a lot of pain (literally). I will never use normal icepacks on my knee ever again. This is the best invention imo! The felt side makes it so I can have the icepack on directly on my skin. Instead of going through 4 icepacks that essentially do nothing, I now only use this one and another one from the same brand (this one wraps all the way around my leg so it cools the back of the knee as well). I have one in the freezer at all times. 10/10

What a great ice pack best pack I’ve ever owned wraps completely around your knee relieves all the inflammation and pain. Just an awesome unit.

Me hicieron una artroscopia de rodilla y me han ido superbien las aplicaciones del frío, cubre muy bien la zona, es grande y con los cinturones la recoge por entero por delante y detrás. Incluso con el vendaje debajo enfría. Cuando ya no se emplea vendaje hay que poner una toalla debajo para que no enfrie tanto. La recomiendo.
