This is a nice cute case to travel with! It has 2 ice packs and is insulated which kept my injections cool. I traveled on an airplane and just kept it in my purse and had no problems going through security.

Large enough for 3 pens. Cooling packs appear nicely made and helps pad the contents. However, it would be more useful if the left pocket had a zipper instead of elastic to hold your sealed needle supply. The centre spine could also have an elastic strap to hold a roll of candies (like Lifesavers) or a tube glucose tablets.
