Good for gluten free.
I'm currently going through a gluten elimination nutrition plan and this flour has helped me make some of the things I still would like to eat. I haven't tried any yeast recipes, but some pancakes and quick breads have turned out well. A little more dense than traditional flour, but that is to be expected. My only complaint is the price. It's hard for me to comment on quality since I'm new to the gluten free world, but the cost per ounce is higher than others available in local stores. Make of that what you will, but this flour itself seems to be good.

Taste very good
I add this flour to my gluten free bread, it really adds to the flavor of the bread.I am very pleased with it and will buy again.

Nice added to sourdough
I used this recently in sourdough instead of the rye or whole wheat, that I would usually add to my bread flour. Just gave it a nice slightly very slightly nutty flavor. However, this is a teeny tiny amount. It’s a very pleasant tasting flour that is too expensive in my opinion.

Gluten Free
I used this sorghum to make a cake for someone with a gluten allergy. It turned out pretty good. A little dense, but not bad. I used a little xantham gum to help the texture.

Not a full order!!!
Did not receive the full order! Was suppose to have 3 packages and only received one! Would like to receive the other two or return my money!!!!! One little package should not cost me $44.00.

Made some pancakes with these... not bad
The pancakes turned out okay, but they weren't the tastiest. I've been exploring different flours lately and this one is a little harder to work with than some. I'm not sure i'll try other stuff like breads with this because there was so little in the bag (which is why I opted to do some pancakes). For the price, it's a little expensive, so off to try something else without gluten.

Makes good pancakes
I mixed this sorghum flour with an equal amount of rice flour, added some kefir, water, and eggs to make pancakes. The pancakes were light, fluffy, and tasty. The amount of sorghum flour in the package is somewhat small, and I used it all up for my pancakes. Other than amount, it is a good flour for pancakes.
