This is even cuter in person. And the ears flap up which is a big hit with everyone. Was a perfect gift for children! Really fluffy and the ears lift up to be really cute. It's super cute ears really pop up well, kids loved it. Great for playing games. Quality is pretty good, the size does fit most kids and adults.

Defective. Does NOT work
My original purchase of this hat when my Step Daughter received it, only one side lit up and yes, I tried multiple new batteries. I contacted Amazon and they were super kind to send me a replacement. That one neither side lit up. This is a very defective item. Would not recommend purchasing it.

Lights, on one side, don't work
I got the penguin hat for my daughter, but one side doesn't work. There should be an opening to take the battery pack out to change the battery, but there isn't. The hat ia cute with the flapping ears, but the lights should work on both sides.

Cute hat
This hat was a hit for hat day at work. You really have to feel around to find the plastic piece to pull out for the lights no need to cut it open. One side seems to have a slight issue with the lights but otherwise its all good. It has three modes of lighting and the ear flopping is irresistible lol. Now that hat day is over im gifting it to my niece who fell in love with it.
